深圳某公司急聘SDH、DWDM的研发总监，要求如下：

Qualification and Skills required：
1、Minimum of B.S degree in electronic engineering, computing or a related field.
2、Proven ability in project management.
3、More than 5 years industrial experience in developing telecommunication equipment or subsystem products.
4、In depth knowledge in software/firmware development with software project
management skills.
5、Ability to develop optical subsystem from concept, architecture, prototyping to new product transfer.
6、Good command of English communication skills
