德国：夫朗和费激光技术研究所、柏林固体激光研究所、汉诺威激光中心、斯图加特光束应用研究中心
其中我国与汉诺威激光中心有合作，别的不太清楚

俄罗斯应该也有不少比较好的研究所，但比较少接触到，基本上感觉厉害的研究所 德国的和美国占的比较多
