求助，ZEMAX里干涉图参数的设置

分析-波前分析-干涉里面setting的设置，有没有在ZEMAX里面做过干涉的分析，在序列模式下，采用多重结构的。
我搞不清这些参数的关系，谢谢了。

附上英文操作手册上的注释：
Scale Factor Determines the number of fringes per wave of OPD. Useful for modeling double pass
interferometers (i.e. use a scale factor of two).
X-Tilt The number of fringes of tilt to add in the x-direction after applying the scale factor.
Y-Tilt The number of fringes of tilt to add in the y-direction after applying the scale factor.

我也正在研究干涉方面的问题，还没有头绪啊。。。

那些参数很混乱，建议用非序列来做吧，非序列比较简单点
